You can place an order on our website by browsing the catalog, selecting items, and completing the checkout process. Please ensure all details are accurate to avoid delays.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

  • For orders under PKR 450,000: Full payment is required.
  • For orders over PKR 450,000: A 70% advance is required, with the remaining 30% due before delivery.
  • For orders over PKR 1,000,000: A 60% initial payment is required, followed by 20% after 50% project completion, and the final 20% before delivery.

3. What are your delivery timelines?

  • Within Lahore: 30-35 working days.
  • Outside Lahore: 40-45 working days.
  • Custom Projects: 1.5-2.5 months, depending on project scale.
  • International Deliveries: Arranged directly with clients.


4. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Import duties and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient. Invoice values cannot be altered for customs purposes.


5. How is my order shipped?

We provide in-house shipping and doorstep delivery. For deliveries outside Lahore, setup services are included in the delivery charges. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate to avoid delays.


6. What happens if my item arrives damaged?

All items are inspected before dispatch. If your item is damaged or incorrect, notify us immediately upon delivery. Kollekt is not responsible for damages after the delivery team leaves your premises.

7. Can I return or exchange my order?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. For damaged items, contact us at support@shopkollekt.com immediately upon receipt.


8. What should I do if my furniture doesn't fit?

Ensure items will fit through doors and passageways before ordering. Product dimensions are provided on our website and invoices.

10. What should I consider for apartment or commercial deliveries?

For deliveries to apartments or commercial spaces, ensure a functional cargo lift is available. Our team cannot carry items up stairs if the lift is non-functional.

If you need help with furniture placement or additional labor, inform us at the time of delivery. These services are available at an additional cost.
