At Kollekt, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Unfortunately,
Kollekt does not offer any return or exchanges on furniture items. If
you have any questions or need further information, please contact our

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask you to inspect it
thoroughly. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong
item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and make
it right. However, please note that we cannot accept returns or
exchanges for damages reported after the delivery has been completed and
inspected. If you wish to exchange a purchased product, the cost of
returning the original product will be the customer's responsibility.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:

Additionally, we do not accept returns if the customer feels that the
dimensions of the product do not fit within their space. It is
important to check the product dimensions provided on our website before
placing your order. Please note that sale items or gift cards are also
non-returnable.

Cancellation Policy:

Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. For custom and
special order items, cancellation is only possible within 24 hours of
placing the order. After 24 hours, custom and special orders cannot be
canceled.
